Toxicogenomics

Toxicogenomics services aim at using omics data to address several challenges in predictive toxicology and risk assessment. After careful planning of exposure conditions, RNA extraction, and library preparation, omics data are generated, pre-processed and analysed and used to identify mechanistic signatures, to perform functional analysis, and to predict and prioritize potential adverse effects, including their avoidance through determination of a point of departure.
